Fantastic weight and depth, the dark fruit is plump and rounded on the palate but still crisp and clean with a streak of freshness through the mid palate. The oak is subtle and finely integrated adding a delicate layer of spice. A splash of cherry and a deft touch of violet appear towards the finish to top everything off beautifully. This is a charming wine, very pretty but with power too.
