Crisp and vibrant notes of fresh apple and juicy pear flirts
on the tongue and is balanced by a delightful minerality that
adds finesse.
Premium quality Chenin Blanc grapes are harvested at optimal
ripeness early in the season.
Bunches are de-stemmed and carefully pressed to extract only
the best quality juice, which undergoes alcoholic fermentation
in stainless steel tanks.
