Aged for more than 10 years in a selection of old American oak casks which have contained Oloroso Sherry for many years. Mahogany colour with old gold reflections. Concentrated aromas of tobacco leaves, roasted coffed and walnuts. Warm and mellow. Nougat and dark chocolate on the palate, with a toasted finish.
OLOROSO PROFILE
Dark bronze colour with golden reflections. Pungent nutty aromas. Dark chocolate and walnuts. It has an intense, concentrated aftertaste.
AGEING
Aged for 10 years in a selection of American oak casks that have been ageing Oloroso.
TASTING NOTES
Mahogany colour with golden reflections. Concentrated tobacco leaves, roasted coffee and walnut aromas. Nougat and dark chocolate on the palate. Great length with a toasted and complex finish.
