A grain-forward nose with enticing aromas of white chocolate, caramel, and hints of marmalade and Bakewell tart. On the palate, it offers a full mouthfeel, reflecting the nose, whilst introducing notes of brown bread crusts, rye, and a medley of fruits, including plum, raspberry, and cherry, all culminating in a smooth, soft finish with balanced heat and light grassy flavours.

    Producer Profile

Set in the historic village of Fonthill Bishop in southwest Wiltshire, our distillery takes its name from the medieval ‘witch marks’ carved into Fonthill’s stone buildings. A certified B Corp, we’ve already received global gold awards for our gin and vodka.

Witchmark Distillery sits at the heart of the 9,000-acre Fonthill Estate, housed in a Grade II listed barn dating back to the 1600s. Beside it, a magnificent grain drying barn houses our visitor centre and shop.

In making our spirits we will use the very best ingredients from the crops growing on the prime chalk downlands that surround us, mixed with Fonthill’s pure water, naturally filtered through limestone rock on its journey to our bottles.
