Description
Winemaking: We harvest the grapes at the optimum moment of ripeness for each plot. After a gentle pressing, the must ferments at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, which enhances the freshness, liveliness and quality of the wine.

If you’re looking for a fresh, smooth, and charming white wine, this one will make you smile from the first sip. Figa Flor white is the kind of wine you serve without preamble, because it speaks for itself. It has a clear, clean colour and a delicate aroma reminiscent of wildflowers, fresh apples, and pears, evoking open fields and summer siestas. When you taste it, it is light, delicate, and refreshing, with a balanced acidity that makes your mouth water and invites you to continue drinking slowly. It is one of those wines that never tires, that accompanies well, and that everyone enjoys. Ideal for an impromptu drink, a casual meal, or pairing with light dishes such as salads, fish, or mild cheeses.

Producer Profile
Documented since 1186, the thousand-year-old Masia Puigmoltó estate has been home to generations dedicated to farming the land. Inspired by Emendis, the first woman on record at the estate, two generations of the Vallès family have come together to realize a dream: our own wine project. Since 2006, we have worked passionately to transform the historic farmhouse into what it is today: a place where tradition meets modernity and where every bottle tells a story. This is our life’s work, and we are delighted to be able to share it with you.
