This is classically styled Chardonnay from specialist Uva Mira, brimming with expressive aromatics of lemon verbena and waxy lemon peel hints intricately intertwined with nutty, leesy, savoury mealy biscuit nuances. The palate is plush and broad, coating the mouth with tangy bright delicately saline acids before a zesty lemon pith intensity, creamy, savoury mealy nuances and piercing lemon cordial notes on the long, persistent finish.
