    La Régalade: A southern white that is drunk like a burst of light. Born on schist and clay-limestone, this white exudes scrubland and mimosa. The white Grenache expresses all its roundness, enhanced by the liveliness of the Piquepoul. Fruity and greedy, it leaves a casual freshness on the palate, that of a lively and luminous wine that awakens the taste buds.

    • Vinification: Destemming/crushing. Gentle vinification. Light pumping over. Vatting for 12 days.

    Ageing in stainless steel vats.
