Hungarian expat Róbert Gilvesy returned to Hungary from Canada in 2012, realising his dream of establishing a winery in the Balatoni Borrégió region. Now settled on Lake Balaton’s shores at Szent György-hegy, he owns 17 hectares of organic vineyards, focusing on Olaszrizling, Furmint, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc. A founding member of Volcanic Wines of Pannonia (VWP), he aims to elevate the quality and profile of volcanic wines in the Pannon basin.

Kékfrankos is purchased from the organically cultivated estate of Márton Ruppert.
