Tinta Das Baroccas (to quote the back label) from a 1962 vineyard farmed by Adi Badenhorst. 10% whole-bunch fermentation. Complex aromatics of red and black berries, lavender, fynbos, earth and spice while the palate has great structure and harmony about it – lovely fruit expression, bright acidity and fine tannins. Intense but not weighty.
