A refined expression of Chenin Blanc, this biodynamic wine offers fresh aromas of pear, peach, lemon, and verbena, with a subtle floral touch. The palate is velvety and sensual, revealing ginger nuances and a vibrant complexity. Crafted from 85-year-old vines grown on clay-limestone soils, it undergoes gentle pressing and fermentation in Austrian tuns, followed by 9 months on fine lees in an underground cellar. This unfiltered, unfined wine beautifully reflects its terroir with elegance and depth. Perfect for pairing with seafood or creamy dishes.
