2021 Pietrabianca, Castel del Monte DOC, is a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Fiano, produced by Tormaresca at their Bocca di Lupo estate in the sun-drenched region of Puglia. This certified organic white wine is aged in barrels, offering a harmonious balance of fruity and floral aromas with a mineral undertone. The wine is fresh and crisp, with a refined complexity, ideal for pairing with light dishes. Serve at 8° – 10°C. Tormaresca, under the esteemed Antinori family, produces authentic wines from both indigenous and international grape varieties, with vineyards influenced by the volcanic Vulture region and the unique coastal climate.
