The pale gold wine presents a fresh, flinty nose with aromas of lime, green apple, tangerine, and delicate honeysuckle. On the palate, 12 months of lees contact adds creaminess and depth, balancing vibrant citrus and white blossom flavours with a touch of minerality and subtle salinity. The wine finishes long and smooth, with crisp, complex acidity.
