This Chenin Blanc, crafted from old vines, was matured for 12 months in French oak and spent 10 months on lees in foudre barrels, enhancing its complexity. The nose reveals lime, white pear, and crushed stones with a hint of oak spice. On the palate, vibrant citrus and a mineral core lead to a fresh, luminous finish.
