Its deep ruby colour reveals a complex nose of black cherry, ripe strawberry, and hints of blueberry, with touches of dark chocolate, mocha, and a whisper of forest floor. On the palate, the wine is smooth with ripe tannins, flavours of anise and nutmeg, and a long, satisfying finish. Well-balanced acidity gives the wine a refined edge, making it both bold and elegant.
