INTRODUCTION
The proprietary name Promis (pronounced proh-MEESS) was created by the Gaja family to denote commitment, expectation, fulfillment, and hope. The promise of quality and the reward of diligence and excellence.
VINEYARD INFORMATION
This is ‘Super Tuscan’ which means they tend to use more international grape varieties in their wines. This wine in particular is made Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. This is a very rich, complex wine, with dark berry fruit flavours and hints of tobacco, chocolate and spice.
