Description
The 2020 Antinori Cervaro della Sala Bianco IGT is a blend of 92% Chardonnay and 8% Grechetto, showcasing a straw-yellow hue with greenish highlights. Its complex nose reveals notes of citrus, acacia blossoms, and vanilla, complemented by a rich, mineral palate with subtle hazelnut hints. Persistent and vibrant, this wine has remarkable aging potential. This wine, named after the historic Monaldeschi della Cervara family, was among the first Italian whites to undergo malolactic fermentation and barrel aging, reflecting a legacy of crafting age-worthy wines since its inaugural 1985 vintage.

“Complex aromas of toast, charred pineapple, green papaya, kaffir lime, and crushed stones. Full-bodied with vibrant acidity, textured layers, and a long finish. Drink or hold.”
