The 2016 Fleur de Pedesclaux is a Bordeaux blend of 67% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 3% Petit Verdot. It presents an ethereal profile with aromas of cherry, blueberry, and a hint of cocoa. On the palate, the wine is soft and gentle, thanks to the high proportion of Merlot, offering a silky texture and fresh, appealing flavors.
