Description
Winemaking:
Crafted primarily from Tempranillo, with small additions of Garnacha and Graciano, this wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels (including innovative hybrid barrels combining American and French oak) and 12 months in the bottle. Sustainable viticulture practices and rigorous selection of grapes ensure exceptional quality.
Tasting notes:
The wine showcases a bright cherry red color with a garnet rim. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, peach, and subtle vanilla and caramel dominate the nose, with a hint of cinnamon spice. On the palate, it is flavorful and enveloping, with a smooth texture and a long, pleasant aftertaste.
Food pairing:
Perfect with appetizers, charcuterie boards, pasta, rice dishes, grilled meats, stews, and mature cheeses. Also ideal for sipping by the glass.
