Description
Winemaking:
A blend of 58% Pinot Noir, 22% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier, this rosé underwent 39 months of lees aging before disgorgement, significantly longer than the minimum requirements for Champagne. This extended lees contact enhances its complexity, texture, and finesse.
Tasting notes:
The nose is inviting, with aromas of wild strawberry, cranberry, cherry, and a touch of grapefruit. The palate follows with vibrant red berry flavors, hints of cream and pastry, and a crisp, fresh finish reminiscent of freshly baked croissants.
Food pairing:
Pair with smoked salmon, strawberry salads, or light pastries. It’s also perfect for enjoying on a sunny summer afternoon.
