Description
A collaboration between the Cielo e Terra families, Casa Defra Rosé Prosecco is made from Glera and Pinot Nero grapes, manually harvested in the Prosecco DOC region. It is crafted using the Charmat method and features a pale salmon color with aromas of strawberry and cherry. The fresh, balanced palate is complemented by a fine mousse. Ideal as an aperitif or with lightly flavored dishes.
