    Cabró Cava Brut rosé has a beautiful cherry-red colour with salmon-coloured hints. The nose is full of wild berries, attractively fruity. The taste has a slightly spicy start, nice acidity, a subtle sparkle, and a good balance between hints of toast and the fruit.

    Documented since 1186, the thousand-year-old Masia Puigmoltó estate has been home to generations dedicated to farming the land. Inspired by Emendis, the first woman on record at the estate, two generations of the Vallès family have come together to realize a dream: our own wine project. Since 2006, we have worked passionately to transform the historic farmhouse into what it is today: a place where tradition meets modernity and where every bottle tells a story.
