    Description

    VINEYARD & VINIFICATION
This white wine is crafted through skin maceration, where the juice is left to macerate with the skins before pressing. This process enhances both the aromatic complexity and the structure of the grape. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures, with low temperatures used to preserve and highlight the fruit’s vibrant flavours. The wine is gently pressed using pneumatic methods.

    Producer Profile

Les Jardins Fleuris from Languedoc Roussillon represents a dynamic and innovative side of French winemaking,
unbound by the strict appellation rules that govern AOC and IGP wines. The Les Jardins Fleuris white, rosé and
red highlight the Languedoc’s warm climate, diverse soils, and proximity to the sea, all of which contribute to ripe
fruit flavours and balanced freshness. The white, a Vermentino and Colombard blend, is full of zesty citrus fruits
and white blossom. The rosé, a blend of Grenache and Merlot, is a delicate shade of pink, fresh on the palate, with
bright fruit aromas. The red, a blend of Grenache and Merlot is medium bodied and bursting with red cherries,
blueberry, and plums. This trio offer exceptional value; these are modern and are accessible interpretations of the
    Languedoc.
