This wine presents a pale gold hue with green reflections. The nose offers aromas of white fruits, acacia, and subtle aniseed notes. On the palate, it is rich and aromatic, with a mineral-driven finish and a touch of salinity.

    Description

The grapes are sourced from various parcels within the Cote d’Or, toutes sur la commune de Meursault, with a focus on sustainable viticulture practices and organic viticulture. The vineyard is managed with minimal intervention to allow the vines to develop naturally and healthily.

As with work in the vineyard, so too is with work in the cellar meticulous: all treatments/actions are carried out only if absolutely necessary, with the aim as being as non-interventionist as possible. Throughout the vinification they practise simplicity, observation and vigilance, using only natural yeasts and modest levels of new oak, refraining from ‘batonnage’ completely. Matured on the fine less using modest levels of new oak, then transferred to stainless-steel tank for 6 months.
