Aromas of ripe stone fruit, lemon oil, and fresh hazelnuts, with underlying notes of blossom, struck flint, and gentle oak spice. The palate is full and finely structured, balancing richness with crystalline acidity and a long, mineral finish.
Grown on classic clay-limestone soils across selected parcels in Chassagne-Montrachet. The domaine practices sustainable viticulture with manual harvesting and careful vineyard management to preserve site character and freshness.
100% manually harvested, upon arrival at the winery the grapes are directly pressed without crushing. After a light settling the musts are directly placed into barrels. Matured for 15 months of which 12 in barrels (10-15% new barrels).
