Description
The 2023 Gavi from Tenuta del Melo, located in Piedmont, Italy, is made from the Cortese grape variety and offers a fresh, minerally profile with notes of apple, honey, and candied lemon peel. On the palate, it is lively and well-balanced, with a fresh acidity and a fruity finish accented by a subtle almond note.
