    La Régalade: A red from the South that is drunk like a burst of laughter. A red from the South that dances between freshness and lightness. The Cinsault regains its freedom, mixed with the Morrastel for more roundness. Under the sun, it reveals pure fruit, a joyful mouthfeel, and that simple taste for sharing, that of a wine that you open without thinking.

    Description

    • Grape varieties: 60% Cinsault 40% Morrastel

    • Alcohol content: 12.5% vol

    • Terroir: Clay-limestone

    • Work in the vineyard: In the rules of organic farming. (AB – ECOCERT certification).

    Short waist. Organic fertilization. Superficial tillage.

    Treatments of the vine by plants: based on manures and decoctions.

    • Manual harvesting in boxes.

    • Vinification: Destemming/crushing. Gentle vinification. Light pumping over. Vatting for 12 days.

    Ageing in stainless steel vats.

    Minimal use of SO2.

    No fining – Filtration just before bottling
