The 2022 Rully 1er Montpalais from Jean-Baptiste Ponsot is a pure and complex expression of Chardonnay from the renowned Montpalais vineyard. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo fermentation with natural yeasts, followed by aging in oak barrels, 20% of which are new.
