The 2021 Lisini Rosso di Montalcino offers aromas of violets, lavender, and cherries dusted with cinnamon. On the palate, it flows effortlessly with ripe red fruits and sweet internal spices, balanced by vibrant acidity. The finish is slightly structured with lingering red candy, leather, and a pleasant sweetness. It’s juicy, flavorful, with well-balanced tannins and a refreshing acidity.
Fermented in cement and aged for 12 months in Slavonian oak, it maintains a bright, primary character, offering fresh crushed raspberry, wild strawberry, and herbal notes. A pure, expressive wine, perfect for daily enjoyment. Drink 2024 – 2030.
