Description
Handcrafted from 40-year-old bush vines across select vineyards in Stellenbosch, Paarl, and Paardeberg, this Chenin Blanc is a stunning showcase of complexity and finesse. Pale lemon yellow in colour, it offers an elegant, perfumed nose of jasmine, citrus, tropical fruits, and a hint of white peach, with subtle nuances of brioche and delicate oak. The medium-bodied palate is crisp and refreshing, with flavours of pear, quince, lemon, and lingering notes of summer melon and persimmon. Wild yeast fermentation and continuous lees stirring add depth and complexity, while a touch of French oak enhances the wine’s refined texture and structure.
Food Pairing: Ideal with roasted Kingklip, calamari salad, or herb-crusted goat’s cheese. Also pairs beautifully with clam chowder and light poultry dishes.

Producer Profile
A family owned wine producer located in the heart of the Franschhoek Valley. Established by owners Gerard Holden (a British investment banker in another life) & Migo Manz in 2010. The 22ha estate is situated between the Franschhoek River and Stony Brook at 300m above sea level. With only 16 ha under vine, their focus has always been red grape varieties, though their stellar white wines, from the reserve Chardonnay, to the Chenin Blanc, and now Semillon requires further inspection.
