This wine is a clean bright and instantly appealing pale rose petal pink, almost translucent, with intense and fragrant aromas of luscious wild strawberries, mandarin peel, grapefruit, citrus, and red berries.
L`Exubérance is made from 100% Merlot, using the saignée method, which involves bleeding off a portion of juice from the red grape must during fermentation. This results in a rosé wine with a more structured profile than those made using the direct pressing method. Expect notes of strawberries and raspberries, along with delicate floral hints, citrus zest, and a touch of minerality.
