Description
Elegant pale colour with pink highlights. A “classic Coussin” first nose of strawberry, followed by pleasant notes of nectarine and apricot. This aromatic prelude gives way to a floral palate of rosehip, lively and ample, with a finish of orange and tangerine. A Sainte-Victoire rosé perfect for any season.
Clay-limestone formed by ancient and stony alluvium from the torrents descending from the Sainte-Victoire Mountain (1010 m) and bordered to the south by the Olympe and Aurélien ranges.
Average age of vines 30 years. Grape varieties: Grenache 50% Syrah 40% Cinsault 10% Yield: 50 hl/ha.
