The 2013 Pazo Señorans Selección De Añada is a premium Albariño from the D.O. Rías Baixas, Spain, aged for up to 36 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks, showcasing the aging potential of Albariño. Made from 45-year-old vines in the Los Bancales region, it presents a complex nose with dried herbs, acacia flowers, quince, waxy lemons, honeysuckle, and smoky lees. The palate is electrifying with bright acidity, ripe stone fruits, yellow grapefruit, gooseberry, and green apple, revealing layers of flavor. This refined Albariño offers incredible precision, with the potential to age for another 8-10 years.
