Crafted only in top vintages, this limited-edition wine has just 853 bottles made from 1999 Cabernet vines. It offers a velvety texture with cassis and pencil shaving notes. After a cold soak, it fermented in stainless steel and matured for 24 months in French oak barrels. The Watsonia alba flower on the label reflects its purity and power. Rated 94 points by Platter, it can age beautifully for up to 10 years. Decant for 30 minutes before serving.
