This release, crafted by Eduardo Ojeda, showcases the authentic Sanlúcar character. Its golden color with green hues and its lively, fresh nature make it a perfect match for Spanish seafood dishes like mackerel potatoes and tuna stew, as well as international dishes like toro sashimi. Bottled with minimal filtration to preserve its true character, it’s best enjoyed in large stemware at 9-11°C.
