Madame Molly, the big sister of Miss Molly, is a Methode Cap Classique sparkling wine comprised of 80% pinot noir and 20% chardonnay. The pinot noir brings depth of flavour and a wonderful fruity character whilst the splash of chardonnay delivers a vivacity that makes this a perfect party showstopper.
