In The Vineyard
The blend has been refurbished to a more classic Chardonnay/Pinot Noir offering. Similar to the Miss Molly Bubbly, the Chardonnay is sourced from Franschhoek and Robertson so as to create a point of difference between the Moreson and Miss Molly brand. The Pinot Noir is sourced from Franschhoek and constitutes the “taille” pressing fraction of the juice used for the Moreson Pink. There is absolutely no colour adjustments performed during the wines lifecycle as we prefer a more natural approach of utilizing the natural colour of the grapes for that particular vintage. The wines are bottled and undergo secondary fermentation in bottle, allowing for only a 6 month maturation cycle prior to riddling and disgorgement.
