Born of the union of two wine-making families straddling Morey St-Denis and Chambolle Musigny, the wines of Armiot-Servelle are produced in a fresh, modern style which places minimal emphasis on oak and instead focuses on structure and purity of fruit. The wines are well-built to age, but so well-balanced that they can be enjoyed at any stage in their lives

The domaine owns the majority of this tiny lieu-dit of not even a half-hectare, located downslope from Les Fuées and facing southeast. It is located in a prime spot but one which is often overlooked because it is so small. This is an enchanting wine, with more dark fruit than red, tending towards black plum. There is a pleasant richness and density on the palate, with a just a hint of cocoa. Very successful.
