The 2023 Jean-Paul Picard Sancerre Blanc is a vibrant, expressive wine from a family-run estate dating back to 1750. Sourced from 30-year-old vines on clay and limestone soils, the wine is made with hand-harvested grapes, fermented with natural yeast, and aged on its lees for 3–4 months. The result is a pale gold wine with aromas of exotic fruit, citrus, minerality, and orange blossom. On the palate, it is full-bodied, balanced, and crisp, making it a perfect match for oysters, seafood, or fresh goat cheese.
