Description
From the walled Clos de Lulunne in southern Beaune, where limestone soils and a cool microclimate deliver freshness and elegance. The vines are farmed organically with great attention to soil life and biodiversity.
Grapes are hand-picked, gently pressed, and fermented using native yeasts. Aged for around 12 months on fine lees in French oak barrels (20–25% new), which lend a supple roundness and depth without overshadowing the wine’s finesse.
