Description
2021 Albariño Pazo Señorans Colección is a white wine from the Rías Baixas D.O., made from 100% Albariño. It is produced by Pazo de Señorans, where the grapes are sourced from coastal lowlands with clay soil, offering great influence from the sea. After a manual harvest, the wine undergoes fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°C, followed by aging for five months in deposits with lees and an additional 30 months in the bottle.
The wine has an aromatic profile of white fruit, citrus, and Atlantic herbs, balanced by a mineral backdrop. On the palate, it is smooth, refreshing, and sophisticated, with pronounced acidity and a lingering finish. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with white fish.
