    2020 Restless River, Main Road Dignity Cabernet Sauvignon, Walker Bay: A complex, refined Cabernet Sauvignon with blackcurrant, red currant, and graphite notes, complemented by hints of tar, tobacco leaf, and cedar. Known for its minerality and structured tannins, it offers depth and a lingering finish. Reflecting the cool-climate terroir of the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, this wine balances ripe fruit with refreshing acidity. Aged for 22 months in oak barrels, followed by bottle maturation, it is expected to peak between 2025 and 2032.
