The 2019 Ca’Marcanda Magari is a Tuscan blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, crafted by the Gaja family in their Castagneto Carducci vineyards. This is ‘Super Tuscan’ which means they tend to use more international grape varieties in their wines. This wine in particular is made Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. This is a very rich, complex wine, with dark berry fruit flavours and hints of tobacco, chocolate and spice.
