The 2018 Garmon from Ribera del Duero is a powerful and opulent Tempranillo wine made from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards. Aged for 20 months in French oak, it offers an intense bouquet of exotic spices, violets, red cherries, strawberries, and blueberries, with a deep core of black berry compote, black liquorice, fennel seeds, and woodsmoke. The wine has a rich, complex profile with mouth-watering acidity and a long, balsamic finish. Highly impressive and excellent value, it earned a 97/100 Wine Safari score.
