2017 Francesco Rinaldi Le Brunate is a 100% Nebbiolo from the renowned Brunate vineyard in Barolo. After a 20-day fermentation in stainless steel, it matures for 4 years in large Slavonian oak casks. The wine has intense aromas of dried violets, cherry fruits, and warm spices, evolving continuously in the glass. On the palate, it reveals notes of licorice, red fruit, and balancing acidity, with gripping tannins that promise long aging potential. While ideal for cellaring, decanting a few hours beforehand allows its complexity to shine. Perfect for pairing with pasta and pork ragù.
