Description
A classic example of Franschhoek Sémillon, this wine opens with a floral bouquet complemented by bright lime and citrus notes. The palate is enriched by a creamy mouthfeel, thanks to extended lees contact and careful barrel aging, which adds depth and texture. The wine is beautifully balanced, with a touch of chalky minerality that enhances its freshness. The finish is complex, revealing lingering nutty aromas and a subtle, elegant finish. A sophisticated and versatile white, perfect for pairing with seafood, creamy pastas, or grilled vegetables.
