CELLAR INFORMATION In the cellar, small foudres are used for the cuvées, along with some barrels, and there are still some old fiberglass tanks as well as some traditional underground tanks. Two old and two new foudres are used and blended according to the vintage, as the aim is not to have too much wood in evidence. VINEYARD INFORMATION Les Cornuelles Vieilles Vignes is from 2.5 hectares on a south-facing slope. The vines here were planted in two separate stages. The youngest were established by Bruno’s grandfather over 60 years ago, with the oldest vines well-over 100 years old.
