A beguiling and enchanting Single Vineyard Chenin Blanc from a 40 year old site in the Swartland. Tiernes is the showstopper of the Swerwer range and absolutely sings from the Swartland hymn sheet with an unmistakable character of wax and lanolin, a mealy texture and saline minerality akin to lightly salted porridge.

Stone fruit and orange peel, shaved ginger, cold jasmine tea, cigar smoke and flame rendered lamb fat. Another belting 2020 Chenin Blanc from South Africa and this is definitely top of the crops.
