A carefully selected blend of the three traditional Champagne varietals Â bottle fermented in the traditional method. This is driven by Chardonnay and partially fermented in barrels akin to how Krug and Bollinger are produced. Easy drinking and elegant with a fine, soft mousse but enough structure and vivacity to pair well with food.
