A deep and vibrant ruby colour in the glass. This wine is produced using the passimento method, famous for being used in the production of Amarone, whereby the grapes are dried prior to pressing which concentrates the flavour and results in an incredibly rich and intense wine.
You’ll find notes of black cherry and ripe dark fruits complemented by spice characters of cinnamon and nutmeg. Dangerously drinkable, this wine will beckon you back to the glass for a gulp again and again.
