Made from selections of Shot Wente clone from four estate vineyards. Whole cluster-pressed, native-yeast-barrel-fermented in 60% new François Frères, Damy and Orion French oak barrels and bottled after 14 months. Lively aromas of lemon and fresh flowers with a well-proportioned, muscular structure. Rich, concentrated, lush and buttery yet lithe and vibrant, finishing with a long, engaging minerality.
